Booking: Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person. A deposit may be required for certain services.

Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of 15% of the service cost or forfeiture of the deposit.

Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling (with applicable fees).

Payment Methods: We accept cash or credit/debit cards.

Refunds: Services are non-refundable, but we’re happy to address any concerns to your satisfaction. Retail products may be returned within 3 days with proof of purchase, if unopened.

Medical Conditions: Clients must disclose allergies, skin conditions, pregnancy, or medical concerns before treatment. Failure to do so may result in service refusal.

Patch Tests: Required for certain treatments (e.g., Laser or DPL Treatments) at least 24 hours prior.

Illness: If you’re unwell (cold, flu, contagious skin conditions), reschedule for everyone’s safety.

Results: While we strive for perfection, individual results vary based on skin type, aftercare, and lifestyle.

Adjustments: Complaints must be reported within 24 hours for evaluation. We offer one free adjustment within 7 days if the issue is due to our mistreatments.

YN Beauty Studio is not liable for allergic reactions, pre-existing conditions, or improper aftercare.

Damages: Clients are responsible for any damage to studio property (e.g., broken equipment).

Personal information is kept confidential and used only for booking, reminders, before-after and promotions (opt-out available).

We reserve the right to deny service for inappropriate behavior, safety concerns, or failure to comply with policies.
